Head Chef – 1 Nos

COMPENSATION :

* Salary would be proportionate the experience.

* All the other facilities & amenities provided by the company.

Suitable Head Chef will manage and supervise the entire Kichen Operations. Where operations include preparations of BREAKFAST, LUNCH & DINNER.
Should have working experience in Chain of Hotels like SARAVANAN BHAVAN, ADYAR ANANDHA BHAVAN, SANGEETA, ANNA POORNA, UDUPI HOTELS, AARYAS, SREE NANDINI or similar Hotels.
Suitable candidate should be from South India region, with atleast 10+ years experience for Head Chefs & 4 to 6 years for Commis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Control and direct the food preparation process & other relative activities
2. Construct South Indian Vegetarian menus/Dishes with authentic taste.
3. Fully in charge of managing and training kitchen staff.
4. Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
5. Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between co-oworkers.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:
– Proven experience as South Indian Head Chef
– Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management.
– Ability in dividing responsibilities and monitoring progress.
– Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
– Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes.
– Credentials in health and safety training
– Degree/Diploma in Culinary or related certificate.
